Israel: A promising start to the Middle East

Israel: A promising start to the Middle East

I found myself asking, why am I not pushing myself out of my comfort zone? As someone who is constantly on the move in foreign locations, I still find myself overly comfortable. Israel has been an adventure so far, and heres a snippet of what we have been up to, as well as a book that has made a profound change in my lifestyle already. If you love it leave a comment, if you don't leave some criticism : ) Stay wild my friends!

Can you spare some change?

Can you spare some change?

Change is good thing! -Luke Bryan... Wait, I think he said 'rain, is a good thing'.... Regardless, one of my good friends prompted me to write  post about micro habits. Things you can do in a small amount of time, in order to create big change. We both implemented practices for reading, but there are a couple other daily additions which I use to better my practice. Feel free to share, and comment with your practices!

In Transit

In Transit

To me writing is art, and it's something I have to be inspired to do (in order for it to be worth reading). I've found I do some of my best writing while I'm in transit to new destinations and this is a perfect example. It was a 7 hour journey, but all I know is I am better for it, and it was worth it. Give it a read and let me know what you think, you're feedback means the world to me. (Also I think I am a much better writer when I am reading more... you be the judge).

Burma the beautiful

Burma the beautiful

My heart is in Myanmar. This place, these people, the scenery... everything is so intensely genuine that it's almost hard to describe with words. It's not without it's issues, but here the people are making the best of their time. I think photos will do a better job than my words, but none the less I gave it a go! Don't worry there are photos too ;)

The less I have the more I appreciate. Here's what I have learned after my year of plenty, with very little. Hopefully it inspires you to make a positive change for yourself and those around you! Happy New years my friends, feel free to share if it speaks to you! See you somewhere new for 2017!
