Seattle. I love you.
I am aware that I am doing things that most people "can not", but on that same level, I like to call bullsh*t. We are constrained by those limiting thoughts that say, "you can't do this/that". My parents always told me I could be or do anything I wanted to if I worked at it. ANYTHING! So, I decided that I wanted to be happy, and in light of all the other great things I have had in my life, this is what brings me pure happiness. I wake up everyday excited for what unknown adventures await me (literally like a kid on Christmas, or Hanukkah etc). The other day I played super tourist, and did everything that the Seattle CityPass had to offer, aquarium, space needle (twice), Chihuly glass museum (highly recommend), EMP museum (also awesome), and I still have to do the Harbor tour. Followed that up with wake surfing on Lake Washington with my buddy Drew, who has been the source of most of my adventures (Thanks Drew!).
I played 36 holes of golf yesterday again with Drew and 17 of his buddies, and now I am about to take off to Olympic National Park. Has anyone been there, or specifically done the Staircase Rapids hike? That's todays agenda hopefully followed by some rock climbing or the bouldering gym. Making the most of this beautiful Sunday and my last day in the PNW . The first 10 days out of a backpack has left me with some insights (mainly I brought too much crap) that I will use to better prepare for the next trip. Also, I will be adding galleries with travel photos and recommendations hopefully in the next day or so. Thanks for reading as always. Off to adventure.
